Lisa has helped me to buy and sell two homes, during which she was the consummate real estate professional. She patiently showed me houses for two years, while I sought the place which would have all the qualities of my forever home. Finally, Lisa suggested that I build. I couldn’t imagine taking on the project, but with her wisdom and knowledge, I did it! Within 8 months I was in the house of my dreams. Snuggling up with my 3 kitties, Sunny, Bella, and Milo is my favorite pastime, under the skylights that Lisa encouraged me to include. (Kitty pix available on request).
I recommend her without reservation.

I could not have sold my mother’s property without her. Lisa attended all the meetings and navigated all the environmental regulations so I could sell her house and land to the right buyer. She was terrific!

Over the years, Lisa has helped me buy and sell many of my businesses, which have all been pleasant and lucrative experiences. I wouldn’t use anyone else for my real estate needs.

At a huge transition time of my life, while I was relocating out of state, Lisa helped me sell my house. Having worked with her before buying and selling my homes and land, I trust Lisa and wouldn’t have used anyone else. She helped me with contractors and estimates, my house sold fast, and for more than I thought I could get as well!

Lisa patiently showed me many parcels of land and guided me expertly through the approvals needed to eventually build my house. It was a difficult time in my life, and she treated me like a friend.
